We invite you to a special Vinyasa Yoga class taught by the one and only Daniel Evan Quay.
This one hour, all-levels “flow” class syncs engaging physical poses with intentional breathwork to build flexibility and coordination while attuning to our inner selves.
Students can expect a moderate, low impact workout with light breathing exercises.
Doors open 1:30pm.
Class runs 1:45–2:45pm.
Bring: A Yoga Mat!
Wear: Comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
Optional: Water bottle and small towel.
Classes are limited to 20 students. Please RSVP early.
We have a limited number of mats available for rental.
New to Yoga? Come as early as 1pm if you’d like to talk through anything.
While Yoga has a vibrant and meaningful spiritual history, this is a non-spiritual class. All are welcome.

Daniel Evan Quay is a RYT200 Yoga Teacher and recent graduate from Viravinyasa Yoga School in Denver, Colorado. He believes through embodiment practices like yoga we can begin to see and trust our bodies as sources of truth. He is joyful to invite you into a practice to better know, remember, and celebrate your life.
