The long bio
Hi I’m Adam! I’m a left-handed Jewish permaculture dad born and raised in Denver.
My zones of genius include:
initiating regenerative projects
facilitating transformative group experiences
making the complex beauty of living systems feel approachable and relatable
connecting our day-to-day efforts to the bigger picture
serving as a calming energy in chaotic or tense moments
composting interpersonal conflict
I also like gardening, synthesizers, and listening to vinyl.
The media
Facilitating creative spaces | Collage | Electronic music | Permaculture gardens
The now
Running the small facilitation and consulting firm Regenerate Change. Raising a child. Organizing a dad's group.
The pride
I co-founded The GrowHaus, an indoor farm and food justice nonprofit in 2009. I published the social permaculture book “Change Here Now” in 2017. In the last few years, I’ve facilitated a lot of high-stakes conversations and helped set strategy between national players in the sustainable food movement.
The obsessions
Chord progressions, child development theories, soil health, playlists
The day job
See above RE Regenerate Change
The commute
10 minute bike west of Company’s current location (26th between Sheridan and Wadsworth)
The connection
Learned about it through Bri Erger’s newsletter and started showing up to coworking!
